Bring your desire to feel more at home in your body, and the courage to live your dreams! In an atmosphere of acceptance, curiosity, and care we engage the body’s vital energies, contacting the deep feminine and learning to live her wisdom in our daily lives.
Unresolved physical and emotional wounds and new potentials are held in the body until they are brought to consciousness, and are reflected in the images in our dreams. Once we connect with these energies, the flow of unconscious material can find expression through the body, so we can heal and grow.
Beginning with an introductory weekend, monthly three-hour sessions (Friday, 10am-1pm) offer participants the opportunity to enrich their explorations ofbody, psyche, and spirit through an integrative Jungian depth-oriented approach. Elements include working with dreams in the body (Dreamdancing®), Authentic Movement (“active imagination in movement”), creative methods from Marion Woodman’s BodySoul Rhythms® approach, Somatics and neuroscience. Myths, fairy tales, and Jungian theory enhance our discoveries. Join us in celebrating soul in the body. (30 CEUs for MFTs, LCSWs, LPCCs, DMTs & BC-DMTs)
