In the event that you decide to not present at the conference, please notify Stephen, Marybeth, or Michael as soon as possible. We are in the midst of finalizing the program schedule and need to know if you do not plan to attend.

Also, if you were notified that you were accepted to give two papers or a paper and a workshop, unfortunately we can only accommodate one paper or presentation. We think we have spoken to most of you who submitted more than one proposal and clarified what you will be presenting. If not, please contact Marybeth or Stephen in order to finalize the paper or workshop you will present.

Conference Information:

Location: Centre for the Book, located in City Center area of Cape Town (additional locations close to Centre for the Book will also be used for presentations)

DatesThursday, July 27 in the morning (8 a.m.) through mid-day Sunday, July 30, 2017
