This workshop is about discovery and attending to creative soul conversations between self and other. It is for accredited practitioners and aims to support you to find safe and ethical ways to work with touch and the eliciting of embodied conscious knowledge of self and other through breath, touch and deepening body awareness. Participants should be prepared to talk about and work with your sense of embodied self and the challenges this may offer, this is important for your learning and to ensure the work will be individually useful.

Please note you do not have to be fully able-bodied to undertake this workshop, the work will be adapted to each individual’s capacity for movement and will also pay attention to your form of practice as a therapist.

This workshop is aimed at accredited psychotherapists, counsellors and other psychological therapists.
