Dear All,

Just to announce two forthcoming events over the next few months.
First, a conference in Alice Springs, on a desert property in central Australia, in July on Aboriginal spirituality – this one with Aboriginal speakers, which is unusual in Australia.  The focus of this conference is dadirri, or “deep listening to land and people”. This is the oldest continuous meditative and reflective practice known to the world, with a history of over 40,000 years. The main speaker is Miriam-Rose Ungunmerr, a traditional elder of the Daly River people in the Northern Territory.  We also have Margaret Turner to speaker, elder of the Arrernte people.
Second, a day conference in London, “The Soul Seminar”, at St Mary’s University, Twickenham, 6 September.   This event combines the creative arts and film with intellectual presentations.
Please see the attached for details.
best wishes,

David Tacey
