Leading Edge Series initiated by Dr. Gottfried M. Heuer
THE ETERNAL QUEST
IN PICTURE, VERSE and DIALOGUE
presented by Alan Mulhern and Lindsey Harris
In anticipation of a forthcoming publication on the theme of the development of human consciousness, the two collaborators of The Sower and the Seed,
Alan Mulhern and Lindsey Harris, will present an evening of original art and poetry taken from the book’s underlying themes. Through the medium of artistic and mytho-poetic expression, the presenters attempt to open the field of vision to survey the scope of what it is to be human – simultaneously the quest of the individual and the collective. Prepare for images and poems on Paradise, the Fall, Lucifer, Banishment, Evil and Transcendence!
“As far as we can discern, the sole purpose of human existence is to kindle a light of meaning in the darkness of mere being ……..The creation of something new is not accomplished by the intellect but by the play of instinct acting from inner necessity. The creative mind plays with the objects it loves. ” C.G. Jung
