The International Journal of Jungian Studies ( IJJS) bridges the professional, clinical, and academic worlds of Jungian Studies for an international audience. It brings Jungian theory and practice into dialogue and debate with a wide variety of academic areas of study, and therapeutic concerns. Academic areas include but are not limited to, philosophy, political thought, literature, linguistics, religious studies, education, sociology, business studies, history, film and media, fine art and art history and neuroscience. As a multidisciplinary forum, it is dedicated to the exploration and exchange of views about the broader cultural legacy of Jung’s work and the history of analytical psychology.
The IJJS publishes peer-reviewed, cutting-edge original articles of high academic quality. The journal is committed to embracing the diversity of Jungian thought and welcomes articles reporting research on:
- analytical psychology themes from academic, clinical, symbolic, cultural and inter-cultural perspectives
- comparative Jungian research in relation to other psychoanalytic and psychotherapeutic themes
- the interface between Jungian studies and other academic disciplines
Peer Review Integrity
All research articles in this journal, including those in special issues, special sections or supplements, have undergone rigorous peer review, based on initial editor screening and refereeing by at least two independent referees. All peer review is double-blind and submission is online via ScholarOne Manuscripts.
